Piemontana Holding Ltd, owner of Mikrona Technologie Ltd acquires the shares of Ortho-Walker Ltd on February 6, 2019. With this acquisition, Piemontana is establishing a Swiss Competence Center for Orthodontics. The aim is to provide orthodontic specialists with expert knowledge from infrastructure to consumables and digital workflow.
